April 19, 2003; West Salem, WI - Officials from LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway were forced to cancel the Saturday April 19th race events. Scattered showers and some heavy rain prevented any racing action at the 5/8 and ¼ mil ovals. "The fans and competitors were ready to have a great night of racing action, but the weather was the winner tonight" stated speedway Operations Director Mitch Langreck. Racing action will continue next Saturday, April 26th, as Majestic Pines Casino presents the Kwik Trip NASCAR Late Models, Ray Hutson Chevrolet Sportsman the United Auto Supply Thunderstox and the Features Sports Bar & Grill Hornets.
