Peterbilt Of LaCrosse to Sponsor ASA Late Model race at Fest!

Wednesday, September 27, 2006 (West Salem, WI) – La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway and Oktoberfest officials are proud to announce that Peterbilt of La Crosse will be sponsoring the ASA Late Model North Series race during Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 7th. The event will be called the “ASA 100 Presented by Peterbilt of La Crosse.”

This will be the second appearance for the ASA Late Model North Series at Oktoberfest. Last year, Charlie Menard picked up one of his three weekend feature wins in this event when he passed Stephen Leicht for the lead with 35-laps to go in the 100-lap event. Menard would then go on to hold off Chad Wood and Landon Cassill for the win.
